The Role

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Front-end UI Developer to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our AI worker platform. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, embraces challenges, and can turn ideas into reality without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the development of responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js
• Collaborate proactively with UX designers and back-end engineers to implement new features
• Drive optimization of application performance for maximum speed and scalability
• Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
• Experiment with new technologies and approaches to improve our user interface
• Identify and solve UI/UX challenges independently

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX)
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and figure things out quickly
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly and apply them effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js)
• Understanding of AI concepts and their application in user interfaces
• Track record of introducing innovative UI solutions or leading front-end projects
