The Role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial AI Engineer to join our innovative team and help shape the future of AI-powered workforces. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, self-directed environment and isn’t afraid to tackle complex challenges head-on.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and generative AI solutions
• Take ownership of projects from conception to production, driving innovation and problem-solving
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our product ecosystem
• Continuously explore and experiment with cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies
• Optimize AI models for production environments, ensuring scalability and performance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models
• Expertise in Generative AI technologies and frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Python programming
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining production-level AI applications
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and figure things out quickly
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly and apply them effectively
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; PhD is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
• History of leading innovative AI projects or research
