The Role

We are looking for a self-driven Back-end Engineer to build and scale our AI-powered SaaS platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, isn’t afraid to experiment, and can navigate complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the design, development, and maintenance of scalable back-end services for our AI-powered SaaS platform
• Proactively collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our core infrastructure
• Implement robust API endpoints for front-end and third-party integrations
• Drive innovation in our back-end architecture, continuously improving performance, reliability, and security
• Identify and solve complex technical problems independently

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in building scalable SaaS applications
• Expert-level proficiency in Python
• Extensive experience with AWS solution stack
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
• Proficiency in database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science or related field

 Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML technologies and their integration into back-end systems
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Track record of introducing innovative solutions to complex technical problems
